AACC International Annual Meeting Presentation

AACC International's annual meeting, entitled "Dynamics of Grain Utilization," was held October 7-10, 2007 in San Antonio, TX.

Dr. Kalaitzandonakes presented "Impacts of Product Tracing" during the session "World Grain and Food Trade Issues: Adventitious Presence, Traceability and Regulatory Issues" on October 9.

The symposium addressed global emerging issues and provide a forum for discussion on the most recent advances and opportunities regarding the biorefining of cereals and grain crops for fuel and other value-added products. More information on the specifics of the meeting can be found here.
