Dr. Kalaitzandonakes Presents at UIC Fall Meeting

The University & Industry Consortium's (UIC) 2007 fall meeting was held in Minneapolis, Minnesota October 3-4. UIC's 15th anniversary meeting was hosted by General Mills and examined food safety and consumer-related issues, as well as the business of bioenergy.
Dr. Kalaitzandonakes presented "Consumer Reaction to Labeling and Strategic Response in the Food Industry" as part of a panel discussion on responding to the consumer.
